Refund policy
If you’re not satisfied with any of our products, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or a full refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must appear like new, no visible signs of wear or use.
- Custom colors will receive a reduced refund.
Once you’ve filed your return please ship us back the product, preferably in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and the costs associated. Once we’ve received the product; we’ll then process your return as soon as possible (please allow 2-3 business days).
International Returns and Warranty will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
